Our path with FlowXO began when they were at $20k MRR with a product that targeted everybody. They also had no predictable way of converting users into paid users.

Our journey with Gladia began when Sequoia raised their seed round and they had $0 in revenue with a product that targeted everybody. They had an AI which could be used in multiple ways, but no clear idea who to market it to.

We identified a few suitable niches for them, and helped them choose the best one for them. Then, we helped them package their offering and used it as part of the Go-To-Market strategy. A year after our collaboration they are thriving in the audio-to-text space with well-defined marketing programs.

From Seed to Series B

MetaMap reached out to us when they were in their seed stages of their growth. At the time, they were constantly losing deals to competitors which was frustrating them. Even though they had a few customers, they couldn’t penetrate the market at the level they wanted.

Given their resources and expertise, we identified the niche they had a significant advantage in. Then, we created an outbound engine for them to capture their first customers. The results of the initiatives was so good, that they went ahead and raised their Series A round, and a year after, they raised Series B.
